Questions before buying our products will be answered in the column left "letters to novo" whereas information after buying our products can be found in the submenue info, tips & tricks.
 
If you do not find answers for your specific question, please, do not hesitate to send us an email. Because the administration of sales for a small company like us has priority. it may take several days to answer - but we will try to answer all queries.

Overseas orders - transport, procedures
General Conditions for deliveries to (new) shops
 
Question: If I order from Novo, what is the cost (include shipping and other charges if applicaple) ?
Answer: We will charge the price acc. to our pricelist, plus additional direct cost for export freight/shipping. In case we receive an order of a dealer, VAT and ealer discounts are  subtracted from our consumer pricelist.
 
Question: I have just started a recumbent shop in..... What have I to do to be able to sell novo products?
Answer: We will react in general as follows:
"We would highly welcome you being one of our dealers in ..... There are no procedures required from our side. In case you want exclusive rights for sales in certain areas, please, tell us and we will inform you, if there are eventual claims from other shops.
Please, find our dealer price list in the enclosure.
 
We will charge the direct cost for freight; import duties and fees will have to be borne by you.
All the boxes and fairings are custom built with regard to colours etc. Therefore, we have a delivery time of up to 6 weeks plus time for (air) shipping. For products on stock we need up to one week for delivery to the carrier - urgent deliveries can be sent the day after ordering.

We know: If you can´t show the product you won´t sell it! We have a special offer for your first order or for demo products. We will bear the airfreight and transportation.
May we include your data in our dealer locator?"

Question: What are the colors of the ..... box?
Answer: We can make all fibre products in almost all colours incl. metallic paints. Just send us a picture with the colour you want.
 
Question: How do we go about putting in a order with novosport?
Answer: first tell us what is your bike and we will elaborate jointly what exactly is it what you want/need.
We then email  you an order confirmation with our acount etc. and transfer the order to our workshop. Approx. one week before the product is ready for shipping we will ask you to transfer the money. After receiving the money the product will be sent according your instructions. We would be glad, if you send a confirmation after arrival of the product. For duratuion see the next paragraph.
 
Question: How long does it take an order to get to us in USA, Canada, Australia?
Answer: Usually we are requested to send with DHL economy overseas parcel, which costs around 40,0 €. This means that overseas transport is done with plane - but continental transport is by truck or railways. So, transport to the US and Canada from door to door can be between 2 and 4 weeks, Australia can take up to 6 weeks.
 
Question: I have had some problems accessing your site(http://novosport.de/en) The photos don't come up or some do and some don't.
Answer: Our site is optimized for windows browser like the explorer or Firefox etc. It may help from time to time if you view pictures etc. on the german site.
